Solis Health Plans, Inc. in the Orlando/Tampa area seeks a Provider Network Manager – Specialty Network to develop and manage our specialty provider network across Central Florida.

The role acts as the primary liaison with contracted and prospective specialty providers, handles recruiting, contracting, network adequacy, and provider education while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in provider relations, contracting, network development, or related healthcare field.
• Experience with physician practices, specialty providers, or healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of managed care and health plan operations.
• Understanding of provider contracting, credentialing, claims, authorizations, referrals, and provider network operations.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive specialty provider network in the Orlando and Tampa market.
• Recruit physicians, groups, and ancillary providers to support network growth.
• Lead provider contracting from outreach to implementation.
• Negotiate provider agreements within guidelines and reimbursement parameters.
• Build relationships with specialty practices and provider leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding with Credentialing and Provider Operations.
• Monitor network adequacy, accessibility, and geographic coverage.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and market status.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve provider issues.
