Job summary

Food Lion in Spring Hill, TN is hiring a Center Store Associate to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service while maintaining grocery shelves to company standards. You will manage backroom inventory, follow plan-o-grams, assist with ordering, receiving, and display of merchandise, and use tools like ACIS and CAO.

You’ll also follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and complete required trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Center Store.
• Maintain proper shelf conditions and backroom inventory.
• Follow plan-o-grams for shelf allocations and item placement.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per guidelines.
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO to manage inventory and ordering.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents and follow Food Lion procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and name badge.
• Complete CBT and training courses.
