Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an experienced Team Member Leader in Arlington to assist the Team Leader across daily operations, merchandising, and store programs. You will help manage sales, inventory, labor, and compliance, while developing Team Members and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to coach and mentor others, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience
• 6+ months supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
• Assist Team Leader in annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.
• Assist Team Leader with ordering and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Serve as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment with teamwork and morale.
• Monitor customer flows and assist to delight customers.
