The incumbent will support events and demonstrations, build a loyal guest base, and participate in ongoing brand trainings to drive MAC brand performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and makeup techniques.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and client base for MAC sales.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons following brand standards.
• Stay knowledgeable on makeup trends, ingredients, and benefits.
• Participate in trainings and in-store events to drive brand sales.
