Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mortgage servicing or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mortgage servicing, contact center, or related roles.
• Experience with escrow, billing, and 1098 statements.
• Knowledge of cross-collateralized servicing and lien releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans with high-quality servicing.
• Provide advisory guidance tailored to borrowers and attorneys.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text communications with clients and third parties.
• Perform moderately complex administrative tasks including research and documentation.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
