Selene Finance LP is seeking a Specialty Loan Advisor to manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans, delivering advisory service and high-quality servicing to borrowers, attorneys, and third parties.

The role rewards ownership and performance with potential hybrid or remote work status for top performers; candidates should have 3–5 years mortgage servicing experience, strong communication and analytics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mortgage servicing, contact center, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs).
• Strong understanding of escrow, billing, payment histories, and 1098 statements.
• Experience with cross-collateralized servicing and partial lien releases.
• Knowledge of property preservation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Summary

The Specialty Loan Advisor (SLA) manages a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs) in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Education & Experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, or Sagent preferred.
