Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the Troy/Sterling Heights outpatient pharmacy. This full-time, day-shift position operates in a hospital setting with 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. hours and a 40-hour workweek.

Requires a high school diploma, MI license upon hire, and 2 years of pharmacy experience. The role emphasizes compliance with USP guidelines and participation in staff training within an infusion department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy preferred.
• LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Under moderate direction, operate in designated areas within the site location and contribute independently to the pharmacy department.
• Participate in training of employees in area of specialty and ensure quality and completeness of work.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines (USP 795/797/800) for sterile compounding where applicable.
