Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in radiology or related field.
• ARRT or NMTCB licensure/licensure eligible.
• 5 years radiology experience with 3+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with management of departmental operations.
• Direct and oversee charge processing in the RIS.
• Develop team atmosphere with Radiology Director and Supervisors.
• Lead quality control and training programs.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain Kronos timekeeping and MRS submissions.
• Oversee financial, operations, volume and quality metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff.
• Prepare for DOH and TJC surveys.
