Shields Health Solutions is seeking a high-impact Director of Operations to lead and scale specialty pharmacy programs across leading health system partners. This is a P&L-owning, operator role at the intersection of healthcare delivery, strategy, and growth.

You will oversee performance, develop growth initiatives, and ensure best-in-class patient care across complex clinical environments while guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, private equity, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
