Job summary

Harry and David, LLC is seeking a Materials Handler for Specialty Foods Swing in Medford, OR. The role involves receiving, production support, and fulfillment tasks using RF devices and WMS (EWM). Lift up to 50 lbs, work in variable temperatures, and adhere to safety protocols.

The position is safety sensitive and requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to operate pallet jacks. Training and understanding of food-safety standards will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use RF gun/scanner to input data into Warehouse Management System, stage and scan outbound pallets and racks to warehouse, process returns/overages/unused materials back to warehouse, scan Handling Unit labels and confirm quantity of picks.
• Labeling/bar-coding per SOP and receive to Production area via EWM using RF devices.
• Accurately prepare, count, and record inventory transactions using RF devices.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment.
• Execute pallet-to-line moves with electric or manual pallet jacks.
• Perform directed cycle counts of floor stock; report damages, shorts, and lot issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance specifications are met.
• Support the shipping line with a constant flow of product or removal.
