Position Location: Remote
Position Duration: 6 months
User-centric design experience/background
Supports transforming tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs throughout the entire experience lifecycle, from first-time users to experts.
Identifies customer and business needs through research and discovers solutions to meet those needs. Makes impactful decisions beyond the banking industry.
Executes visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that meet business and customer needs, delighting users. Communicates the initiative and product via user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials.
Gauges usability of products and suggests improvements.
Conducts research studies and presents findings to inform customer experience enhancements.
Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards.
