Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provideon-demand consultationsvia phone or video to partner clinics
• Conductscheduled specialty consultsandfollow-upappointments
• Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to coordinate care for patients
• Review patient results and make tailored recommendations
• Offerprovider-to-provider supportthrough phone consults

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• MD or DO degreerequired
• Minimum3 years of experiencein Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology
• Telemedicine experiencepreferred, but not required

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATION

• Active DEA certificationandBoard Certificationin Gastroenterology/Hepatology
• At leastone unrestricted state license(any state in the U.S.)
