Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy in Ohio is seeking a Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2 to process and dispense Specialty Rx orders, including mail-to-home and provider-office shipments. The role requires interpretation and independent action in a production environment.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing, and will develop programs to improve outcomes for patients on Specialty medications. Onsite role with 40-hour weeks and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college (RPH or PharmD).
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license with no disciplinary action.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours/day and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Applies clinical and operational expertise to ensure compliant processing and dispensing of Specialty prescription orders.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing of Specialty medications.
• Develops and integrates programs to improve health outcomes for patients on Specialty medications.
