Rx Relief in Columbus, OH is seeking a Mail Order Pharmacist to join a fast-paced central fill facility. You will verify high-volume prescriptions, perform telephonic clinical consultations, and collaborate with prescribers to resolve therapy issues in a non-retail setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, an active Ohio pharmacist license, and 1–2 years of central fill or mail order experience. Strong communication and multi-screen software navigation are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license.
• 1–2 years in central fill, mail order, call center, or high-volume retail preferred.
• Tech-savvy with typing speed and navigating pharmacy software systems.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Verification: final clinical reviews on high-volume prescriptions for dosing, safety, and accuracy.
• Telephonic Patient Care: educate patients on regimens, interactions, and adherence.
• Prescriber Engagement: work with physicians to resolve drug therapy issues and approvals.
• Technician Supervision: oversee technicians handling automated dispensing and workflows.
• Quality Assurance: uphold quality control and regulatory compliance.
