PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians across multiple offices, delivering the Perfect Patient Experience and building Patients for Life. You will prepare patients, assist with exams, radiographs, and tray setups, while maintaining a clean, sterile operatory and compliant with state guidelines.

Travel between offices is required; team collaboration is essential for success. Strong bedside manner, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dental setting

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma and state-mandated training.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Specialty Dental Assistants travel to multiple offices per day.
• One-year certificate from accredited college or technical school preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform functions per state Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties.
• Assist clinicians and PPE to ensure patient-focused care.
• Escort patients to the front desk and coordinate with staff.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist with radiographs as directed.
• Document patient charts and clinician notes in the digital record.
• Support treatment records and consent forms for clinicians.
• Ensure equipment is maintained per manufacturer guidelines.

Formation
