SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload of adults diagnosed with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. The incumbent is responsible for assessing client needs, developing, implementing, and reviewing service plans, and working with the Benton County Specialty Courts Teams including Adult Drug Court, Mental Health Court and Veterans Treatment Court and other community resources in meeting/achieving client service needs.

Incumbent will work in a team environment with all members of the Specialty Court team. The position will work directly with the Coordinator and Case Manager. The position will work in an office setting and also travel to other locations to meet with peers. The position will work directly with PEARL, Inc, the non-profit organization that supports the Specialty Courts.
The noise level in a typical office environment is moderate.
