Job summary

Benton County Talks Trash Work Group is hiring a Specialty Courts Case Manager to oversee an assigned caseload of adults with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on assessing needs, developing and reviewing service plans, and coordinating with Adult Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veterans Treatment Court, and other community resources.

The position requires relevant education and experience; the successful candidate will work within Specialty Court

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant human services field.
• At least one year of experience with clients with mental health disorders preferred.
• Mental Health Paraprofessional (QMHPP) preferred; CADC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and support systems.
• Plan for crises and help clients develop coping mechanisms.
• Coordinate and monitor use of services for clients.
• Coordinate and provide care that is client-centered, timely and effective.
• Draft service plans and review progress on caseloads.
• Facilitate care coordination and information sharing across teams.
• Advocate for clients regarding clinical status and treatment options.
• Maintain professional relationships with courts, peers, and families.
