The Washington County Government is seeking a Case Manager/ Counselor for Division IV in the Circuit Court. This role supports the continuum of care for the assigned population and works closely with the treatment court teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and court processes.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Functioning as a member of the Case Management team for Veteran's Treatment Court and Drug and Diversion Court, the Case Worker/Manager in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the management of services for the assigned population throughout the continuum of care.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.

All new and rehires must pass a pre-employment drug test and are subject to a physical examination and verification of information provided.
