The Specialty Clinical Pharmacist is a key member of the care team, serving as the frontline provider of specialty pharmacy services within an integrated care model at St. Joseph's University Medical Center. This role is accountable for achieving optimal clinical outcomes for each patient. In addition to direct patient care, the pharmacist supports non‑clinical tasks, including managing prior authorizations and dispensing activities, to ensure seamless therapy access and adherence. The position also leads the development and implementation of evidence‑based clinical protocols and drives clinical quality improvement initiatives.
St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
