This role involves close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive timely access to necessary specialty care.

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma and have a minimum of two years experience in a medical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Two years minimum experience in the medical or clinical field.
• Experience working with referrals/authorizations and electronic health system required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate specialist appointments for IDT-approved authorizations.
• Collaborate with IDT team to coordinate specialty services.
• Liaise between participants, PCP, and specialty providers.
