PDS Health is hiring a Specialty Healthcare Coordinator (SHC) to partner with Specialists and help patients commit to prescribed treatments. The SHC educates patients on treatment options, overcomes objections, and keeps specialty days productive with proper paperwork and follow-up.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting PPE and PFL, and using all financial options to align care with patients’ budgets while maintaining excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel might be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the diagnosed treatment.
• Proactive management of the Specialists’ schedules to ensure full, balanced, and productive days.
