Sanofi invites high-potential individuals to join the One Sanofi Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Cambridge, MA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA candidate expected to complete by Spring 2027.
• Willing to relocate for Sales rotation and other rotations across US and Global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic view for disease area portfolio.
• Support brand strategy development and tactical plans.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and market access analyses.
• Lead/participate in market research and strategic projects (pricing, forecasting).
• Assist in business development activities and financial valuation of opportunities.
