Job Description Summary

As the Busser/Runner, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and assisting with table setup and service. You help deliver an exceptional guest dining experience through your attention to detail, teamwork, and strong menu knowledge.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
  • Accurately deliver food items to guests, identifying proper placement without asking guests who ordered each dish
  • Clear and clean tables promptly, transport bus trays to the dishwashing area, and reset tables with required items
  • Assist with pre-bussing and resetting condiments and silverware according to standards
  • Balance and carry large banquet trays to guest tables
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and garnishes; assist the Expeditor as needed
  • Prepare and package to-go orders
  • Replenish wares and supplies inside stations, maintain cleanliness of front‑of‑house areas, and clean assigned sections at end of shift
  • Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local activities
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
