Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and set up dining room; assist wait staff in serving food and beverages.
• Respond to guest requests for settings, water, condiments, or other dining amenities.
• Provide a high level of guest service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Set up, arrange, or take down dining tables, private dining room, and/or wait stations.
• Prepare water pitchers and bread stations; stock linens and dinnerware.
• Clean and polish various pieces of table ware and fold napkins.
• Assist wait staff in serving guests, carry food trays, and refills water glasses, coffee, and tea.
• Clean, mop, and sweep storeroom, kitchen areas, and vents; remove trash.
• Assist with kitchen work and general cleanup as directed.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
