Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service.
• Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area.
• Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as: vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc.
• Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes.
• Prepare tables for guests including removal of any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins.
• Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas.
• Greet, welcome and thank guests appropriately.
• May at times, assist with seating and hosting duties.
• Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
