Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, assisting in selecting products, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and support in-store events, while maintaining store standards and building lasting customer relationships within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting store goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products or services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and a growing customer list for Clinique brand sales.
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services in-store.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
