Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a results-driven Special Operations Representative to join our internal sales team. The role focuses on specialty projects and rehashing specialty applications, including RVs, heavy‑duty commercial vehicles, classic vehicles, and exotic vehicles.

Ideal candidates have auto finance background and strong negotiation and communication skills. You will review and renegotiate applications, maintain dealer and internal team relationships, and manage credit analysis,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto finance or related industry with specialty vehicle financing preferred.
• Strong understanding of RVs, commercial vehicles, classic cars, and exotic vehicles financing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with negotiation ability.
• Analytical skills for assessing creditworthiness and risk.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and renegotiate specialty applications to maximize approvals and optimize terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end financing process for specialty applications including credit analysis and documentation review.
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing for specialty vehicles to support pricing and risk assessment.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by capturing specialty applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and customers throughout the financing process.
