Job summary

Ulta Beauty MAC Specialty Artist is responsible for maximizing MAC brand sales by engaging guests, determining needs, and delivering professional makeup applications and lessons while upholding store standards.

You will cultivate an active clientele, promote the guest loyalty program, participate in in-store events and trainings, and work with teammates to drive service and retail performance. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• Strong sales and guest service skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service and offer samples.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations and lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and keep testers hygienic.
• Participate in trainings and in-store events to grow MAC sales.
