Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize sales of MAC products by engaging guests, performing makeup services, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires professional makeup artistry, exceptional guest service, and knowledge of MAC and Ulta Beauty offerings.

You will build client relationships, book services, and participate in in-store events while upholding hygiene and operational standards across the MAC brand area.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales, product, and service competency.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Maintain an active clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations and lessons to guests.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain store and MAC area cleanliness and adhere to brand standards.
