Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with inquiries.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and lessons to MAC and Ulta standards.
• Stay informed about promotions and brand initiatives and participate in events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise while following procedures.
