Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize sales by engaging guests and tailoring makeup services to individual needs. You will perform professional makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product lessons while upholding brand standards and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct professional makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons.
• Stay informed on promotions and brand initiatives.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and replenish merchandise.
