Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, demonstrating makeup techniques, and recommending products.

You will represent the MAC brand and Ulta Beauty, delivering expert service and trend knowledge in a fast-paced store environment. The ideal candidate has cosmetics artistry experience, a high school diploma (cosmetology license where required), strong guest relations, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology or demonstrator license required by state law.
• Strong sales, product knowledge and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons to guests according to MAC and Ulta standards.
• Maintain store standards, replenish stock, and ensure a clean, organized MAC area.
• Build and maintain guest relationships and an active clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales.
