Solventum seeks a Specialty 3D Digital Software Developer to join its team. You will help shape the tech roadmap and lead development of state-of-the-art digital platforms leveraging Microsoft and Cloud technologies for global healthcare markets.

You will collaborate with diverse teams in an agile environment, contributing to innovative 3D graphics, UI components, and cloud architectures to deliver scalable solutions that improve patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 4 years of relevant experience OR high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with 3D graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to technology roadmap and strategic planning for digital systems.
  • Design and lead development of software platforms using Microsoft and Cloud technologies for dental and healthcare markets.
  • Work in agile teams and collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and integrate new tech.

  • Contributing to the technology roadmap and strategic planning for digital systems technologies and platforms.
  • Specifying, designing, and leading the development of state-of-the-art software technology platforms utilizing Microsoft and Cloud technologies for the use in the dental and healthcare market globally.
  • Being an active member of high performing software development and systems engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Contributing to and influencing cross-functional teams with customers to identify opportunities and integrate with newly emerging technologies across Solventum.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4 years of relevant job experience
  • High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of relevant job experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience with Javascript / Typescript

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ten (10+) years of developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Ability to lead the design and optimization of cloud architectures and infrastructure for elasticity and scalability
  • Proven experience with Javascript / Typescript and 3D scene graphs
  • Proven experience in Angular / Vue
  • Solid foundations in linear algebra, 3D geometry and coordinate spaces
  • Experience with web technologies including: Dom manipulation, HTML5, css, REST API's and HTML canvases
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure development
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar development experience
  • Experience creating custom front end UI components
  • Lead AI initiatives such as leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to expedite requirements analysis, technical design, code development, documentation, testing, integration troubleshooting, and operational support activities
  • Experience with regulatory processes, quality systems and FDA requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology including documentation, configuration management, verification and validation, and commercialization.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results driven, self- motivated, team skills, ability to work independently and with distributed teams.
  • Experience developing commercial computer systems products, including sophisticated software applications and/or network solutions; working with product management, trainers, customers and end users.
  • Established track record of working in all stages of global product development from prototype to successful commercial product
