American Training is seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our residential homes in Methuen and Andover, MA. You will lead all aspects of the residential program, supervise a team, and coordinate care with families and providers. We value advocacy, collaboration, and a WOW! Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home.
• 1+ years of previous management experience.
• Valid State driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexible work hours required based on program needs.
• Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicates competence)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Residential Program.
• Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues.
• Create and manage Colleague schedules.
• Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents.
