Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work in a team‑oriented environment by picking, preparing, and palletizing finished goods for shipment – working overtime as needed to accomplish the daily/weekly shipping goals.
  • Operate forklift or other equipment as required for movement of material within the distribution center. Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment, ensure proper charging of the vehicles after use, and perform light maintenance duties (e.g., watering the battery).
  • Use a handheld RF scanner for warehouse tasks (picking, replenishing, and putting away items). Ensure precise data entry, verify product details, and record serial numbers to maintain inventory integrity. Attention to detail and adherence to company procedures are essential to prevent errors and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow and understand all company and job‑specific procedures.
  • Meet all facility standards applied within select departments.
  • Pick and stack product according to procedure and special instructions.
  • Perform cross‑checking as needed to achieve 100% accuracy.
  • Pick, check, over‑pack, consolidate, and process parcel cases as necessary.
  • Follow all safety instructions for loading and unloading trailers according to procedure.
  • Verify accuracy of shipments received, determine locations for products, and place product in available locations.
  • Work independently and proactively, communicating with management and department personnel on key issues regarding returns processing.
  • Adhere to all good manufacturing practices, Food and Drug guidelines, and Drug Enforcement Laws.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Work in teams as designated (e.g., Safety, 5S, Lean).
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Current forklift certification required; stand‑up forklift preferred.
  • Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum +1 years warehousing experience.
  • Oracle experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age.
Travel Requirements
  • Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Must be able to talk or hear.
  • Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
