This position is full-time/hybrid, and candidates must live and work in Indiana.

Summary

Provides advanced operational support and leads key activities in the lifecycle management of third-party and clinical technologies, with a focus on device integration to support patient care. Manages device intake, technical assessment, and onboarding in collaboration with Information Services, Clinical Engineering, Information Security, vendors, and clinical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with security, connectivity, and support standards. Leads resolution of complex and recurring issues by performing advanced troubleshooting, coordinating across teams, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure reliable device performance and integration across clinical systems. Serves as a subject matter resource for device connectivity and integration workflows, supporting testing, validation, and optimization efforts. Coordinates and guides integration activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed. Applies sound judgment in resolving issues, balancing priorities, and escalating appropriately when needed. Mentors less experienced team members by sharing knowledge, reinforcing best practices, and promoting consistency in documentation, inventory management, and lifecycle processes. Actively contributes to improving workflows, standardization, and service delivery outcomes. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, maintaining focus and adjusting priorities to address emerging issues. Communicates effectively with technical, clinical, and vendor stakeholders to drive alignment and timely resolution of challenges. Applies strong working knowledge of device integration, networking, and healthcare technology workflows to lead day-to-day operational success. Candidate Qualifications
