Role Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for Ductless product sales and growth in the assigned Northeast Region.
  2. Develop and manage joint growth strategies with Distribution, Reps, and Direct Sales Offices to increase customer base, convert contractors and engineers, and increase market share.
  3. Support Distribution; organize annual dealer meetings, present new programs and products to Direct Sales Office and Reps to meet sales targets.
  4. Train the sales channel on Ductless and marketing programs.
  5. Assist the sales channel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify product gaps, develop solutions, and work with Product Management to address them.
  7. Assist the sales channel, service, and contractors to resolve issues quickly.
  8. Analyze marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  9. Build consultative relationships and trust with Distribution, Direct Sales Offices, and Reps.
  10. Be familiar with energy rebates and tax incentives within the region.
  11. Compile competitive product and pricing data for quotes and market analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC.
  • Ability to pass MVR.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Ductless product operation, design, and accessories.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills for high-level discussions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within Distribution.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Proven track record of rapid sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of HVAC industry trends and competitor programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with data synthesis ability.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
