Summary
CENTURION SERVICE GROUP - A TRIMEDX COMPANY
REMOTE ROLE WITH EXTENSIVE TRAVEL
This position is responsible for leading all commercial activity (sales and account management) in the Centurion auction business, including developing new opportunities and forming new partnerships using a consultative sales approach. The role will proactively develop and implement a sales strategy by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances. This position models the TRIMEDX Core Values and fosters a high-performance, innovative work culture.
Responsibilities
- Define target markets, build strategic market penetration plans, and create account plans for targets.
- Utilize marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and call plans to develop relationships.
- Research market trends and critical information for the respective territory.
- Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction through high-quality interactions.
- Build long-term strategic alliances with a portfolio of accounts to add value and promote service offerings.
- Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Negotiate and Close Business Opportunities
- Utilize sales processes to define customer needs, forecast sales, and understand financial implications.
- Demonstrate control over the sales cycle.
- Collaborate on creating solution-based proposals.
- Schedule and deliver proposals.
- Grow revenue from deals, closures, and professional services.
Leadership, Coaching, and Development
- Coordinate responsibilities, resources, and performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and resources to inspire customer service, technical expertise, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Lead by example through community involvement and living out core values.
- Engage in continual professional development.
- Share expertise with others.

Key Deliverables
- Secure new auction service clients via MSAs.
- Convert inactive hospital auction clients to grow revenue.
- Nurture existing hospital auction clients.
- Grow OEM partner base and revenue.
- Increase revenue deals, closures, and professional services.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of business experience and 5+ years of leading people; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years in business development or account management.
- Passionate about growing a business.
- Ability to develop and manage a robust pipeline and control the sales cycle.
- Proven success in creating opportunities and closing significant sales.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of hospital supply chain and clinical engineering operations.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- High-level presentation skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including local and overnight trips.
