Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC is seeking a Specialist Quality Assurance to oversee and elevate quality management across construction, installation, and operational workflows. You will analyze metrics, audit processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement on projects.

The role requires 3+ years in QA/quality engineering or project compliance, with strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, and Six Sigma methodologies, plus excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or project compliance
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA plans and SOPs for construction and installation projects
• Audit field processes and data documentation to evaluate QA effectiveness
• Analyze quality trends and metrics to identify issues and root causes of non-compliance
• Form CAPA plans with project managers and field teams
• Review customer specs and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance frameworks are up to date
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on QA methodologies and standards
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards for senior management and external clients
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll do

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans and standard operating procedures for construction and installation projects

Audit field processes and data documentation to evaluate the overall effectiveness of quality control measures

Analyze quality trends and performance metrics to identify systemic issues and root causes of non-compliance

Formulate and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans in collaboration with project managers and field teams

Review customer specifications and regulatory requirements to ensure corporate compliance frameworks are up to date

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to field technicians and project teams on QA methodologies and standards

Prepare comprehensive quality reports and dashboards for senior management and external clients

Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Three years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or project compliance
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional reporting skills

The wage range for Specialist Quality Assurance is$25.00 - $30.00.
