Summary
This role oversees operational functions and performance of the Virtual Sequestration program. Responsibilities include managing customer implementation, support, and subsequent tactical tasks, ensuring seamless internal/external program operations. This position works cross-functionally with various internal teams to support seamless execution and growth of the program. The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts to enhance program operations.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversees onboarding and maintenance functions of the Virtual Warehouse program for Global Products and Solutions.
- Manages customer implementation, support, and tactical tasks to ensure seamless program operations.
- Collaborates with internal teams to execute customer onboarding and support program growth.
- Contributes to improving onboarding and implementation customer experience.
- Supports the Customer Success and Operations Manager in operational aspects for seamless program execution.
- Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the program.
- Manages program implementation and customer onboarding, including setup, kick-off calls, etc., to ensure effective launch.
- Serves as a key contact for customer questions and issues.
- Develops and monitors standard work processes, suggesting modifications for productivity and accuracy.
- Handles complex tactical operations.
- Prepares data and KPIs to track customer behavior and system performance, supporting client needs and program pull-through.
- Creates and manages reports and dashboards to support internal/external requirements.
- Communicates with internal teams, leading meetings related to implementation and program growth.
- Gathers customer onboarding feedback for process improvements.
- Understands the technical scope and objectives of the program.
- Adheres to and helps develop standards for reporting and documentation.
- Communicates onboarding activities, action items, and risks across teams.
- Provides training on the program to internal and external teams.
- Participates in customer and sales calls as SME for program questions.
- Attends internal meetings to stay updated on program issues and changes.
- Supports various projects within the department.
- Willing to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- At least 3 years of implementation experience.
- Experience building and managing relationships at all management levels.
- Project management skills (leading meetings, creating reports, managing plans, tracking issues/risk logs, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/training.
- Preferred experience in inventory management, supply chain, or health systems.
- Strong software learning aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and persistent in completing projects.
- Process and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
