Job Summary:

This role oversees the operational functions and performance of the Virtual Sequestration program. Responsibilities include managing customer implementation, support, and tactical tasks to ensure seamless internal/external program operations. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to facilitate program execution and growth, contributing to continuous improvement efforts to enhance operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onboarding and maintenance of the Dedicated Virtual Warehouse program for Global Products and Solutions.
  • Manage customer implementation, support, and tactical tasks to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer onboarding and support program growth.
  • Support the Customer Success and Operations Managers in operational aspects of the program.
  • Develop and monitor standard work processes; suggest and implement improvements.
  • Manage complex tactical operations.
  • Prepare data and KPIs to track customer behavior and system performance, supporting client needs and program pull-through.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to support internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate communication and support across teams; lead meetings related to implementation and growth.
  • Gather and share customer onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Understand the technical scope and objectives of the program.
  • Develop standards and procedures for reporting and documentation.
  • Communicate onboarding activities, risks, and updates clearly across teams.
  • Provide training on the program to internal and external teams.
  • Participate in customer and sales calls as the SME for program implementation questions.
  • Join internal calls to stay updated on program issues and changes.
  • Assist with various projects within the department.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed for program management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of implementation experience.
  • Experience in relationship management across all management levels.
  • Project management skills (leading meetings, developing plans, tracking issues, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Preferred experience in inventory management, supply chain, or health systems.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Process and change management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
