Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Specialist - Program Management to coordinate assigned programs and support customers through sourcing, quotations, and contract compliance. You will track warehouse logistics, collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating quotes, updating inventory, interfacing with customers and freight partners, and driving continuous improvement within the program management function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quotes materials, coordinating engineering, purchasing on the customer side, vendors, and outside sales to ensure alignment.
• Supports sourcing of material, coordinating sales and operations teams.
• Updates customer owned inventory and tracks shipments to avoid delays when new inventory arrives.
• Interfaces with customers, internal logistics team, and freight companies for timely shipment of pallet positions.
• Provides information for quarterly pricing for contract business; validates SPA expirations and coordinates quotations with vendors and the program management team.
• Contacts customers on invoice issues and researches to reconcile errors.
• Manages batches of orders; ensures data is received in internal systems and drops to warehouse for shipping.
• Expedites material with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and provides post-order support.
• Coordinates with warehouse leaders for assigned programs to ensure shipments go out on time.
• Contributes ideas for improving departmental efficiency.

As a Specialist - Program Management, you will be responsible for the coordination of assigned programs. You will support and resolve issues for customers, coordinates sourcing, quotations, and contract compliance activities. You will also Specialist provide warehouse logistics tracking to ensure assigned programs exceed customer expectations.

• Provides information for quarterly pricing for contract business, validate expiration of SPA's for program business, coordinating quotation to customers by working with vendors and internal program management team.
• Contacts customers on invoice issues, researching to reconcile errors.
