Finezi Inc. in Georgia is seeking an Associate Program Specialist to support program managers in planning, coordinating, and executing assigned programs.

This role offers a 12-month engagement with a hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 remote). You will help with program planning, P&L scenarios, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship or similar professional experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating activities required for successful program launches.
  • Support the creation and simulation of program P&L scenarios.
  • Assist with Business Plan and Mid-Term Plan budget development for assigned programs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing.
  • Create and maintain Open Issues Lists (OILs) and detailed Master Program Timelines.
  • Track open issues, identify roadblocks, support resolution, and escalated issues when needed.
  • Assist with customer communications under the direction of the Program Manager or Lead PM.
  • Support the development of program health metrics, status reports, and Gate Review documentation.
  • Participate in new business pursuits by supporting business cases, pursuit strategies, and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and information security requirements.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of company information security policies.

Job Overview
