As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will bring our retail engine to life by managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns and promotions. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers find, understand and buy Delta products – working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, performance-minded marketing across paid and owned channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute campaign deliverables that support Delta’s retail engine, including core product promotions, tentpole retail events (e.g., Summer Retail, Cyber Monday), and cultural calendar activations.
  • Manage the production and deployment of assets across email, paid media, and digital channels—ensuring clear, timely, and conversion-focused execution.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance in partnership with Analytics, surfacing insights that improve future tactics and inform brief development.
  • Maintain integrated calendars and trackers that organize upcoming retail campaigns, performance insights, and business priorities in one place.
  • Partner with channel, creative, and product teams to align messaging, optimize customer flows, and ensure tactical execution ladders up to broader goals.
  • Lead routing, QA, and approvals for creative assets, proactively identifying roadblocks and opportunities for smoother workflows.
  • Support planning and prep for retail campaigns, helping translate business inputs into marketing briefs and tactical next steps.
  • Balance multiple campaigns and priorities, adapting to business needs while delivering high-quality work on time.

  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a willingness to explore and apply AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to connect marketing work to broader business and customer goals.
  • Curiosity and initiative to solve problems and propose smarter ways of working.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience using data to inform marketing decisions and identify improvement areas.
