Job summary

Kelly Services in Juncos, Puerto Rico, seeks a Specialist Manufacturing to support manufacturing/quality systems and drive improvement across operations. This role requires GMP awareness, change control experience, and strong technical writing skills, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

The position includes a 24/7 manufacturing shift support, potential for some remote work, and opportunity to contribute to product introductions and quality processes in a premier biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s + 4 years OR Master’s + 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Strong Change Control management experience (TrackWise, Veeva Vault/CDOCs, or similar systems).
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in SAP (ERP), Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet.
• Technical writing and documentation expertise. Experience with document management and controlled documentation.
• Project coordination and management experience. Knowledge of project management and control charting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary: $38.00 hr

Shift: Administrative shift (support a 24/7 manufacturing operations, some remote work is possible)

The Specialist Manufacturing will be responsible to support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions.
