DSJ Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Specialist) on Long Island, NY, onsite. You will develop and improve processes, tooling, and fixtures, while supporting production teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth transfer of new products into manufacturing.

You will work across engineering, operations, and production to drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with hands-on involvement on the shop floor and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience supporting production operations in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

The Manufacturing Engineer should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering experience.
• Experience supporting production operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and production teams.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, process development, assembly operations, or manufacturing documentation is preferred.
• Experience supporting electronics, aerospace, medical device, precision manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
