11:11 Systems is hiring an IT Procurement Specialist to manage hardware/software buying, vendor negotiations, and license management for global products. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the IT Procurement Manager.

You will track contracts, manage lead times, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong supplier relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in IT resources.
• Strong knowledge of contracted IT services (SaaS, data center, carrier services, licensing).
• Excellent contract and pricing negotiation skills.
• Strong numeric and data reporting abilities for decision making.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key vendors.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Role:

11:11 Systems is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to assist in managing the company's supply chain process for IT all hardware and software products and services which are leveraged as part of 11:11 System's global products and service offerings. This individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to act quickly, be detail oriented, and build strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain and life-cycle of all purchases and assets owned and managed by the company. This is a full-time remote position and reporting to the IT Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Procure products and services from a variety of suppliers to negotiate best pricing terms, monitor price changes, maintain pricing histories and standard configurations
• Follow, update and provide input on company processes and policies around procurement
• Understand technical differences between products and services and present to decision makers
• Track when contracts & licenses expire and plan renewal negotiations far enough in advance to guarantee the best leverage in negotiating for the company
• Understand capacity management and logistics to manage lead times for products
• Build redundancy and diversity in supply chain by establishing multiple sources of suppliers
• Understand technical differences between usage & licensing types (perpetual, Pay Per Use) and how each are billed and managed
• Resolve product, usage & licensing issues with suppliers and manage any disputes
• Follow and provide input on company processes and policies around usage & license management and reporting
• Review invoices to ensure they are accurate
• Build and monitor ongoing supplier spending trend analyses to identify areas of savings and improvement for the company
• Improve the international logistics capability
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with key internal teams on end to end process, procurement to delivery.
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
• Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11's Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
• Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
• Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The following skills represent the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in IT field, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or related field
• 5+ years working in procurement or supply chain, preferably within information technology resources
• Superior knowledge of contracted IT services, such as SaaS applications, outsourced data center services, carrier services, software licensing, etc.
• Excellent contract and pricing negotiation skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data, then reporting on data to decision makers
• Ability to build strong relationships with key vendors
• Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship

The following skills represent additional proficiencies preferred to be successful in this position:

• Prior experience working in license management or other applicable accounting experience
• Working knowledge of contracted IT services, such as SaaS applications, outsourced data center services, carrier services, software licensing, etc.

Compensation and Benefits at 11:11 Systems

The base salary for this role ranges from $ 70,000 to $ 90,000.

These ranges are informed by market data, internal equity, and qualifications required by job level. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization. Additional company-sponsored benefits include, but are not limited to:
