11:11 Systems is hiring an IT Procurement Specialist to manage hardware/software buying, vendor negotiations, and license management for global products. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the IT Procurement Manager.

You will track contracts, manage lead times, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong supplier relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualificações

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in IT resources.
• Strong knowledge of contracted IT services (SaaS, data center, carrier services, licensing).
• Excellent contract and pricing negotiation skills.
• Strong numeric and data reporting abilities for decision making.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key vendors.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Procure IT hardware and software from multiple suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain pricing histories.
• Follow and input on company procurement policies and processes.
• Understand technical product differences and present to decision makers.
• Track contracts and licenses, plan renewals to maximize leverage.
• Manage lead times and logistics for product availability.
• Establish multiple supplier sources to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Monitor usage/licensing types and ensure proper billing and management.
• Resolve product, usage, and licensing issues with suppliers.
• Review invoices for accuracy and report spending trends for savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on end-to-end procurement to delivery.
