11:11 Systems Inc. is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage the company’s supply chain for IT hardware, software, and services used across global products and services. The role is full-time and remote, reporting to the IT Procurement Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in procurement or supply chain within IT, strong negotiation and vendor relations skills, and the ability to analyze data, track renewals, and optimize costs while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, procurement, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably IT.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report to decision makers.
• Knowledge of IT services, software licensing, SaaS, and data center services.

Responsibilities

• Procure IT hardware, software, and services from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing terms, monitor price changes, and maintain pricing histories.
• Track renewals and plan negotiations to maximize leverage.
• Understand licensing types and manage usage & licensing.
• Review invoices and monitor supplier spending trends for savings.
