Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/OT systems experience in industrial environments.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology projects and transformations.
• Strong IT/OT integration knowledge across SCADA, MES, Asset Reliability and Process Engineering.
• Experience with Alarm Management and PCN Alarm Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and administration for Alarm Management Systems, including PCN Alarm Management solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, databases, network connections, firewall configurations, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Support IT/OT integration and collaboration between IT and OT environments.
• Manage SQL database connectivity, application configurations, and system performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and project teams to ensure reliable application performance.
• Drive cloud-enabled initiatives leveraging Azure, IoT, and Big Data technologies.
• Lead digital transformation and modernization projects from planning to deployment.
• Develop operational documentation, support procedures, and system configuration standards.

IT/OT Application Support & Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Application Support & Integration Lead to support, configure, and manage industrial applications and alarm management systems within manufacturing and operational environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT/OT integration , industrial systems, cloud technologies, and project delivery, with a strong understanding of operational technologies such as SCADA, MES, Asset Reliability, and Process Engineering systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and administration for Alarm Management Systems , including PCN Alarm Management solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, databases, network connections, firewall configurations, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Support integration between IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Manage SQL database connectivity, application configurations, and system performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure reliable application performance.
• Support and enhance solutions related to SCADA, MES, Operations, Asset Reliability, and Process Engineering .
• Drive cloud-enabled initiatives leveraging Microsoft Azure , Mobility, IoT, and Big Data technologies.
• Lead and participate in digital transformation and modernization projects.
• Ensure successful project delivery through planning, execution, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop operational documentation, support procedures, and system configuration standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve system reliability.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across IT/OT ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience supporting Alarm Management Systems .
• Experience with PCN Alarm Management solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of PAS PSI systems is highly desirable.
• Experience with:

Experience Required

• 8+ years of experience in IT/OT systems, industrial applications support, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience in project execution, delivery, and transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise and operational technology platforms in industrial environments.
